REQUIRED MEASUREMENTS
Measure calf circumference 15 cm (6") below mid- patella. Leg in extension.
Measure thigh circumference 7.5 cm (3") above mid-patella. Leg in extension.
Measure calf circumference 7.5 cm (3") below mid- patella. Leg in extension.
Measure knee caliper medio-laterally at joint width in standing, weight- bearing position.
Measure thigh circumference 15 cm (6") above mid-patella. Leg in extension.
