FOAM BLOCK, 4-HOLE ADAPTER
The foam block is designed to be laminated into a socket, and it is typically used for two step lamination process. Socket can be bench aligned onto the foam block and can be set by using any kind of quick setting glue. Once the alignment between the socket and the foam block is set, trim the foam block as needed and prepare it for second lamination. Any 4-hole adapters with European 4-hole pattern will  t onto the foam block adapter.

4-PRONG AK ROTATING BASE
The 4-Prong AK adapter is used for lamination onto transfermoral socket. The AK Rotating Base has a new design for improved strength and alignability. This is the ideal base for  exion contracture. It has
a manufactured pre-bent prong for ease of alignment and strength. The adapter provides 360 degree of rotation for pyramid adapter or pyramid receiver. This product can be used with the 1215T, 1225T/S or 1216T/S and all EZ ADAPT SERIES.

3-PRONG ROTATING BASE
The 3-prong adapter is used for lamination onto transfemoral
socket. The adapter provides 360o of rotation for pyramid adapter
or pyramid receiver. This product can be used with the 1215T, 1225T/S or 1216T/S. The 1221S is manufactured by a forged and machined combination resulting in a strong and light weight product.
