SYNTHETIC FIBERS
Speci c  ber types & gel formulations are selected for the look, feel, & most importantly the functionality of the  nal product
Micro ber
Wicks moisture away from the body, keeping the skin cool & dry.
It is very elastic, making it suitable for garments requiring stretch.
A tough yet soft material for products that require a more luxurious feel.
Acrylic
Mimics other  bers. Due to its stability, it takes color well, is washable & color fast. Generally hypoallergenic, it is an excellent fabric for many medical or health related products.
Nylon
A ‘silky’ material which is generally hypoallergenic. Due to its durability, strength & resiliency it has signi cant commercial applications in health & wellness products.
Elastane
Exceptional elasticity & strength, stretching up to  ve times its length. Incorporated into a wide range of garments in the health & wellness industry where compression & shape retention are key bene ts.
Mesh Knit
A fabric weave de ned by its lightweight feel & permeable texture.
Unlike most types of fabric, which feature closely- woven textures, mesh is woven loosely, resulting in thousands of tiny holes for high breath-ability.
2-Way & 4-Way Stretch
A synthetic fabric that stretches has either 2-way stretch or 4-way stretch from one edge to the other edge & doesn’t require a hem.
2-way or 4-way stretch contours the body making products more e ective & comfortable.
Ribbed Knit
A fabric weave that is typically stretchy
& elastic, allowing it to expand & contract without distorting the shape.
The ribbed e ect makes the fabric feel a little thicker providing added cushion.
