Purchase Orders can be emailed, faxed or placed over the phone. To ensure accuracy and security, we prefer a written PO sent via email or fax, with your current contact information. We send an Order Confirmation to the email address you provide, so you are assured your PO was successfully received. If you reach our voice mail during normal business hours, please provide your direct call back number along with a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

No, as a tax-exempt wholesale distributor, Frontline Medical Services is not able to sell products retail to the public. If there is a product you are interested in, please contact your VA practitioner and request they order it for you from Frontline.

It depends. Most of our products are shipped via FedEx or UPS and require a verified street address for delivery.  These carriers are able to provide real-time tracking information for each order. If your order requires delivery to a USPS PO Box address, please contact us to determine the options.

Please contact the VA practitioner who issued the product to you. They will be able to determine the necessary size, fit or product adjustment and order a replacement for you from Frontline.

We are able to accommodate rush delivery in most cases. If you are placing a rush order, please indicate on your Purchase Order the DATE by which you request delivery and/or indicate the shipping speed (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day). Delivery options and estimated rates can be found at FedEx.com and UPS.com. Actual rates will apply.

Our products are warrantied against all manufacturer defects under normal use and wear.
